"Thank you so much for your efforts to make Jill's surprise birthday party such a success. Every detail, from the hand picked cumquats in the vases to the second bar outside, made the party more special. I have planed some spectacular parties for her in the past, but this one was the best.
The best part of the event was not being present during set up. I was able to spend the day at the beach and Disneyland while you and your staff did all the hard work. I can not believe you were able to set up and decorate a tent in my front yard, provide food and formal dinner for seventy guests, lay down a dance floor, bring in a DJ and a band, set up 2 bars, decorate, arrange 20 bouquets of flowers, and even hand pick cumquats to stick in all the vases. All that and the family was away for just 9 hours.
I have to admit, the fee you charged seemed high to me when we had our preliminary discussion, but during the planning process I saw what a value I received. I paid for your advice and the special details you selected, I received much more. I did not expect the level of contact you provided and I did not expect to see you running the show all night long. I am a savvy shopper and you are worth every penny."
